When will I get my order?
The time it takes us to dispatch your order depends on what products you have chosen. Personalised orders require you to sign off on an emailed proof before they will be printed and dispatched. This proof will be emailed to you usually within 24 hours from your order placement. Once you have approved this proof, your order will then be dispatched within 1-3 days from approval. Non-personalised orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. Please let us know if your order is urgent so we can see how we can help.

How can I pay for my order?
Paypal - this is the fastest way to order, simply login to your paypal account or pay with your credit card if you don't have an account, you do NOT need to sign up with paypal to pay this way.
Direct Deposit - Simply choose this option when checking out and our bank details will be displayed to facilitate payment. Please quote your name and order number in the Reference field. Orders will be dispatched once payment has been received. Please note this may take 1 business day to get confirmation of the transfer of funds and we will not dispatch your order until we have received your payment..
Cheque or Money Order - Simply choose this option when checking out and our postal details will be displayed after ordering. Please note we will not dispatch your order until we have received your payment.
